Tencel

Tencel is a 100% lyocell plain-weave woven from regenerated cellulosic fibre, set at a medium-light 160 g/m² on a 145 cm width — a sustainable, botanic-origin cloth with a notably silky hand and soft natural sheen. Without mechanical stretch, its character comes from the fibre itself: a fluid, cool-touch drape that skims the body and breathes well, fully opaque in coverage. This makes it ideal for casual and everyday apparel — dresses, shirts, relaxed trousers, and blouses — where comfort, breathability, and an understated lustre are valued, and it is print-ready for tonal and patterned programmes. Care is simple: machine wash at 30°C, no bleach, low iron, dry flat, with shrinkage allowed up to ≤5% as is typical of cellulosics.
